AST Executive Coaching

Existing research on effective professional development has shown little impact of traditional training programs on creating change in the classroom.  It recommends models that provide ongoing support and are job embedded, and it specifically recommends leadership coaching.  Our Executive Coaching program takes place throughout the school year and builds internal leadership capacity and sustainability by providing one-on-one mentoring and coaching to turnaround principals as well as to leadership teams, teachers and district-level leadership teams.   

AST Prep

AST Prep is a six month readiness program designed to prepare instructional leaders for state-wide high stakes assessments.  Instructional leaders are assisted by executive coaches who provide training and support with aligned goal setting, data analysis and data use.  The coaches engage instructional leaders in implementing effective turnaround strategies and techniques that will bring about convincing increases in test scores.  These methods are delivered by our team of credentialed and certified executive coaches who have experienced turning around schools or school districts.
