AST executive coaches represent turnaround. Each coach has experienced turnaround success by turning around a school or a school district and has the capacity to speak clearly on the turnaround process in detail – specifically related to student academic achievement. AST executive coaches understand the vital structure of turnaround and are focused on action versus routine.
Our coaches build relationships with principals by expressing past pitfalls and difficulties and the learning stemmed from them. AST coaches’ passion for success is manifested in empathy and concern for the principals’ challenge. As a consequence, AST coaches possess compassion for principals. Additionally, our coaches are acutely knowledgeable in analyzing data as well as the effective use of data. They remain current with regard to research and methodologies for teaching and learning as well as leadership.
